Come and experience SUP Yoga in the natural wonder and beauty of the Catskill Mountains. We will guide you from simple and stable poses migrating to standing positions, with a focus on balance.
Practicing for over 10 years, Ania holds her certification in SUP Yoga Instruction, WPA Level 1 Paddlers and Bikram Yoga Instruction.
Ania also holds her Professional Ski Instructors of America Alpine Level II Certification and AASI Level I Snowboard Certification.
We will take you from the very fundamentals of Yoga and paddleboarding transitioning to SUP Yoga. We'll teach you how to get on and off the board, paddle on your knees to ultimately standing up. The movements will be centered on stable, easy and symmetrical positions. A key focus will be low center of gravity positions providing stability and enjoyment. This is a great introduction for the beginner.
We are pleased to arrange private one-on-one yoga Sessions as well as private group sessions. We will come to your lake-pond or arrange on one of our beautiful locations.
